Maintenance & Repair
From disassembly to assembly – including leak detection and pressure testing.
Our technicians perform both planned and corrective maintenance on all types of heat exchangers: air coolers, plate exchangers, oil coolers and box coolers.
We disassemble, clean, repair and test each unit according to a set procedure, so you can be sure of leak-tight and reliable operation.

Cleaning
Ultrasonic, chemical or mechanical – tailored to material and degree of contamination.
Heat exchangers lose efficiency as dirt, oil, grease or scale build up.
With our advanced ultrasonic cleaning technology, we remove even the smallest residue between the fins and plates.
Depending on the type and contamination, we choose the right method – ultrasonic, chemical or mechanical – always respecting the material.

Revison / Overhaul
Complete overhaul of plates, bundles and gaskets.
When a heat exchanger exhibits structural wear or reduced performance, we perform a complete overhaul.
We disassemble the unit, ultrasonically clean each component, replace all wear parts and apply a protective coating if necessary.
Then the heat exchanger is reassembled and pressurized according to test pressure.
Our overhaul includes:
Complete disassembly and inspection
Repair or replacement of damaged parts
Coating against corrosion or fouling
Testing and certification of leak tightness

It depends on the type of installation. Smaller plate exchangers or air coolers we often take to our workshop for ultrasonic cleaning and pressure testing. Larger or fixed installations we clean on site, keeping downtime to a minimum.

Yes, absolutely. We work brand-independently and have parts, plates and gaskets for virtually all common types of heat exchangers.
During an overhaul, we completely disassemble the heat exchanger, ultrasonically clean all components, replace gaskets and bolts, and press the unit under test pressure. You will receive a full test report upon completion.
Yes. We apply industrial coatings that protect against corrosion and fouling - especially useful in marine and offshore applications.

Sure. We have our own logistics partners and can pick up and return the heat exchanger - fully coordinated with your schedule.
